Position Summary:

Our Client is hiring a Sr. Auditor Governance/Compliance to join their information security team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for defining and executing policies, strategies, and processes to identify, manage, and mitigate risks and ensure availability of our client’s systems and data to millions of consumers and their growing network of partners.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Degree in Computer Science, related field, or comparable years of experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Information Security
  • Strong experience in PCI/SOX/SSAE16 audits Design
  • Experience with assessing security processes, controls, and technologies 
  • Experience performing system audits and security assessments and in interfacing with external auditors
  • Experience in operating in a matrix reporting structure, and with stakeholders that include business and technology leads as well as internal audit and compliance functions
  • Prior consulting experience (a plus)

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and subject matter expertise during our periodic PCI, SOX, and SSAE16 audits, as well as various partner and internal compliance audits
  • Collaborate with our infrastructure engineering team to identify threats and vulnerabilities and identify and design appropriate controls
  • Work with corporate information security teams to develop and deliver plans in support of overall strategies and objectives
  • Assist in security investigations and work with IT in response to security related technology issues
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of security best practices and remain current on the latest security regulations, advisories, alerts, and vulnerabilities
  • Execute and support various policy-driven assurance processes
